This is the process of how our coaching relationship may progress.

Free Sample Session

Step 1 - 30 Minute Free Sample Session to meet one another, reflect on specific aspects of your life, mini coaching session, discuss options for working together, and decide to move forward in a coaching relationship.

Start Agreement

Step 2 - Things are about to change! If we decide we're a good fit, we will set up logistics for our coaching relationship and move forward.

Discovery Call

Step 3 - Our first session is the Discovery Call. In this call we take time to get a good picture of what you are looking to create in your life. Examine what you want more of, what you want less of, and identify possible obstacles that have been standing in your way.

Ongoing Coaching

Step 4 - Monthly ongoing coaching is where the learning and growing happens. Weekly accountability emails and/or texts will deepen our wok. Co-active coaching and cognitive behavioral tools used during sessions.
